Superman 2 (1980)
I feel like Superman 2 might be easier watched if your not aware of the changing/firing of Directors. If you know, the film just feels a little of and you can deffiently spot some of the differently shot material. None-the-less it’s s still
a highly enjoyable Superman movie.

Superman Returns (2006)
Let down by the script, Superman Returns could have been a grand return for the Kryptonian. Instead you get a slow burn of 2 and a half hours where nearly nothing happens. Kevin Spacey could have been great if his super-evil plan was more interesting. Superman Returns has its moments, if you wake up for them between naps.

Swamp Thing (1982)
Swamp Thing is basically a B-Movie/Monster flick. For the most part it works even with the little plot pulling viewers along. Swamp Thing starts well but unfortunately about half way to 3/4 of the way through and especially the last act, becomes a huge mess.

Superman 3 (1983)
Completely unsure of what they wanted to with Superman 3, viewers get what comes across as an attempted comedy that simply isn’t funny. Trivia: Margot Kidder who plays Lois Lane was so voc about he disgust with Richard Donner, the first films Director and his firing that producers cut her screen time to just 5 minutes.

Batman Forever (1995)
Not quite as terrible as Batman and Robin and is only held together by Jim Carey’s screen munching performance as The Riddler.

Batman and Robin (1997)
Bat-nipples! Arnold Schwarzenegger as Mr. Freeze. Uma Thurman’s Poison Ivy reducing Bane to a mindless side kick. Corny, ridiculous and horribly acted and Directed barley scratch the surface of this stinker.

Literally an inch above Green Lantern to me comes Catwoman. Simply because some of the performances are so bad they come all the way back around again to enjoyable; think Nic Cage in Wickerman. This doesn’t mean I suggest watching it.

Green Lantern (2011)
I fell asleep in this one, so take that as you will. Ryan Reynolds is fine and so is Mark Strong as Sinestro. But the script is so write by numbers for the genre and the characters never really do anything. Action is also very yawn worth just like the rest of this film.
